Your team
This role is part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) team -- they are responsible for understanding more about people who want to trade on our platform using digital services like identity verification. You will proactively contact clients to help move them through the application process to become a live client.
Your role in the Team's Success.
IG operates across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes and has important compliance requirements, including KYC Client Onboarding. You will be part of the KYC team where your primary activity will be reviewing exceptions for new customer accounts, evaluates all type of retail, Corporate and Institutional accounts and analyse new customer processes and policies. You will need to communicate effectively and efficiently with our Clients (via written forms such as web chat and e-mail), as well as with relevant internal and external parties to complete the KYC review process. This role offers valuable learning in Anti-money laundering (AML) processes and procedures and also opportunities to identify risk and provide supports in fixing the risks identified, problem solving skills, develop in other areas of the wider operations team and to build strong relationships with compliance and other operational departments.
