The Role

We are hiring a Qualitative Researcher to join our Bengaluru office and help strengthen Metaforms’ Research Manager capability.

This is not a traditional agency only qualitative role. You will bring deep market research judgment into the product, partnering with Product, Engineering, AI,



and customer facing teams to encode how strong qualitative research should be designed, executed, reviewed, and delivered.

You will help Metaforms build systems that support research managers and agencies across activities such as discussion guide design, moderation workflows, note synthesis, coding frameworks, thematic analysis, insight extraction, reporting, and quality control. The role is ideal for someone who has spent years in the market research industry and now wants to shape the future of how research gets done.

What You’ll Do
• Act as the subject matter expert on qualitative research workflows across IDIs, FGDs, online communities, open ended responses, and hybrid qual quant studies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to define requirements for Research Manager workflows inside Metaforms.
• Translate real world qualitative research practices into scalable product logic, review frameworks, templates, and AI as
