Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - HVAC to lead and manage large-scale HVAC projects across the North Region. The role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning,



engineering coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, client management, and financial control while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple HVAC projects from project award to handover.
Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Oversee HVAC system installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Drive project profitability through effective cost control and contract management.
Manage project risks, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.
