Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager - IBMS to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination,



resource management, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute IBMS projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
Oversee installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of IBMS and associated ELV systems.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
Ensure project execution adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Track project progress and prepare periodic status reports, MIS, and project documentation.
Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
