As a Workday HCM- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for Workday human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As an Associate,
you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, actively listening and expressing ideas clearly.
