Job Introduction
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Sales Executive (BDE) who has completed at least 6 months of internship or training in an IT company. In this role, you will work directly with the Founder, following a strategic SOP to identify, connect, and convert potential clients—primarily in the eCommerce sector.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of internship/training experience in IT sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
Basic understanding of website development and eCommerce platforms (Shopify / WordPress)
Self-driven,
target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Interest in digital trends, online business, and how websites impact growth
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is a plus
Confidence in presentations and client handling
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce space who need website or store development
Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Apollo, and other digital channels
Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and social media outreach
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions (Shopify / WordPress)
Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools
Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and project discussions
Follow structured sales processes and work closely with the Founder on strategy
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
