Full Stack Development Senior
(Solid Backend Focus – Azure | React Front End Exposure)
Role Summary
A Full Stack Development Senior is responsible for owning end to end delivery of full stack solutions across front end, backend, and Azure cloud platforms. The role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery accountability, ensuring scalable, secure, and high quality solutions that meet business objectives.
The Manager acts as a technical authority, mentors Senior Consultants and Consultants, partners with stakeholders, and ensures engineering excellence across multiple teams or workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Own solution architecture across React front end, .NET APIs, and Azure infrastructure.
Provide architectural guidance for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Review and approve designs for UI, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
Define and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Ensure proper use of Azure App Service, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure SQL, Azure AD, Key Vaults, and related cloud services.
Guide teams on application observability using Azure Application Insights, monitors, dashboards, and alerts.
Delivery & Execution Ownership
Own delivery commitments for one or more projects or product workstreams.
Oversee sprint planning, estimations, timelines, and technical risk management.
Ensure high code quality through structured reviews and governance.
Drive production readiness, release management, and post production stability.
Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and ensure corrective actions.
People & Team Management
Manage, mentor, and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants.
