Position: Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing / Patient Care

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, charts, and reports.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection control measures in the hospital.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital protocols.
- Maintain proper inventory of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, other nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth patient care.
- Follow ethical and professional standards as per nursing code of conduct.





Qualifications & Skills:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the State Nursing Council.
- Prior experience in hospital/clinical setting preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Work Conditions:

- Rotational shifts, including night duty.
- Exposure to clinical and emergency situations.
- Collaborative team workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
