What You Will Do :

The Senior Business Analyst Digital is a senior individual contributor who leads business analysis across our digital portfolio, spanning web, mobile, and back-end integrations. Partnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complex requirements end-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the digital team.

- Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex digital initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement.
- Translate business objectives into explicit user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide digital design, development and testing.
- Shape requirements for customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs.




- Define requirements for API-driven integrations between digital channels and back-end services, and review API contracts to confirm alignment with business and user needs.
- Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions, challenge scope, and ensure decisions are informed by data, user insight and technical feasibility.
- Support test planning, defect triage and UAT coordination for major digital releases.
- Use digital data and analytics (usage, funnel, conversion, performance) to inform prioritisation and measure release impact.
- Understand and meet the compliance obligations of the role, and raise any risk or compliance concerns to management.

What You Will Bring :

- Tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering complex digital initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading BA work on digital programs across web and mobile channels.
- Working knowledge of digital privacy, security and accessibility considerations, and how they shape requirements and design.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear solution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside product, design and engineering teams.
- Financial services, wealth, superannuation or digital experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft Office suite.
