Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote (Work from home / 6 Days working)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment for client-driven mandates. The role involves talent sourcing, stakeholder coordination, candidate experience management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for client and internal roles across functions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to match job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support in negotiating offers and finalizing salary fitment.

1. Client Coordination





- Understand job briefs shared by clients and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with client HR and hiring managers.
- Share recruitment progress and status updates proactively.
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely recruitment support.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Good understanding of onboarding processes and HR documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management (internal + client).
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

Requires coordination with various stakeholders and candidates.
