- Manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and material planning activities to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth material movement and delivery.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor negotiations, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, material requirements, and warehouse coordination to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Track purchase and delivery status, resolve supply-related issues, and ensure materials are delivered as per project timelines.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, procurement records, vendor data, and supply chain documentation, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
