We are looking for a dynamic and technically fluent
Solution Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of technology and business. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement &
- Consultation: Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Provide consultation leveraging expertise in Cloud, Gen AI, Data, and product engineering.
- Solution &
- Proposal Development: Develop well-structured proposals, solution decks, and presentations that clearly articulate our value proposition and recommended approach.
- Technical Solutioning: Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to design high-level solution and technical architecture documents aligned to client needs.
- Market &
- Technology Research:
Continuously research and stay ahead of trends in Cloud, Data, ML, and Gen AI — translating insights into relevant use cases and offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in close coordination with sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience throughout.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills &
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting
- Proven experience creating proposals, solution decks, and pre-sales collaterals.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, Data &
- Analytics &
- Gen AI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to quickly grasp recent domains and technologies
