JOB Purpose:

To design, develop, implement, and maintain efficient IT systems, applications, and integrations in collaboration with IT infrastructure to ensure that our IT landscape is robust, efficient, scalable, and capable of supporting our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications.

 Maintain existing software and systems to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient operations.

 Develop and implement integrations between systems to facilitate information exchange and improve business efficiency.

 Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement performance improvements.

 Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

 Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

 Prepare and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, and implementation documentation.

 Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, software quality, security best practices, and engineering standards.

 Contribute to CI/CD processes, release management, and deployment automation.

 Work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to deliver project objectives.

 Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

 Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

 Identify and recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvements to enhance business processes, application performance, and engineering practices.

 Timely development and deployment of C# .NET and Azure applications





 Effective coordination with cross-functional and global teams

 Timely support and response to business/user requirements

 Completion of assigned projects within timelines and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT or a related field.

 Min 5-7 years of experience in a software development role

Behavioural & Leadership Skills :

 Ability to independently own and deliver complex technical features

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices

 Well-versed with Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and iterative delivery

 Good communication and stakeholder management skills

 Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Technical Skills :

 Strong experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem

 Good hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development

 Experience in designing and developing REST APIs

 Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies such as EDI, JSON, XSLT, and Kafka

 Experience with Azure Logic Apps for designing and managing integration workflows

 Experience with Azure cloud services, including ARM Templates for infrastructure deployment and automation.

 Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container-based deployments

 Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

 Experience with Azure SQL and PostgreSQL databases

 Good understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, application architecture, and scalable system design.

 Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices

 Solid troubleshooting and production support skills

 Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and implementation documentation
