Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct visits.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.

- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.

- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers until the sale is closed.

- Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance whenever required.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Coordinate with the CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams for booking, documentation, and registration processes.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

- Attend exhibitions, property events, and promotional activities as required.





- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid negotiation and closing abilities.

- Knowledge of residential real estate projects.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary

- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
