About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React.js Developer with 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead the development of intuitive, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces for complex web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineersto translate product requirements into robust, scalable frontend code.

Key Responsibilities

- Frontend Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and reusable UI components using React.js and modern frontend workflows.
- State Management & Data Flow: Implement and manage complex state management logic using tools like Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or MobX.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web application components for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless cross-browser/device compatibility.
- API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services smoothly into the frontend application.
- Quality & Testing: Write clean, modular, and testable code. Write unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough peer code reviews, enforce frontend architectural standards,



and mentor junior/mid-level developers on the team.
- Modern Tooling: Utilize modern build tools and bundlers (Vite, Webpack) and maintain CI/CD workflows for frontend deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on frontend web development experience, with a heavy focus on React.js in production environments.
- Core JavaScript/TypeScript: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- React Ecosystem: Solid proficiency in React core concepts (Hooks, Component Lifecycle, Virtual DOM, Render optimization).
- State & Data Fetching: Hands-on experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Query (TanStack Query), or Apollo GraphQL.
- Styling & UI Frameworks: Proficiency with modern CSS systemsTailwind CSS, Styled Components, Material-UI (MUI), or Ant Design.
- Build Systems: Good working knowledge of Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm.
- Version Control: Expertise with Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant practical experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Exposure to micro-frontend architectures or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) or basic database concepts.
