Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Lead end-to-end product design for healthcare and clinical applications from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff.

Design complex healthcare workflows, including EMR/EHR, patient management, clinical documentation, telehealth, scheduling, and care coordination.

Create wireframes, user flows, design systems, micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutions.

Conduct UX research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and data-driven design iterations.

Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns using Figma.

Design responsive and accessible interfaces following UX best practices, WCAG guidelines, and HIPAA awareness.

Create visual assets, illustrations, presentations, and motion graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD, and up-to-date prototyping tools.

Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, design exploration, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
