Role & responsibilities

Drive the evolution of design system by creating high-quality UI mockups, icons, illustrations, design tokens, and reusable components.

Define the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the design system in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and accessible UI components and interaction patterns.

Partner with frontend engineers to align design components, tokens, and layouts with production code.

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Create clear documentation, best practices, and usage guidelines for design-system adoption.

Establish governance, contribution models, and version-control processes to maintain system consistency.

Explore AI-powered tools and automated workflows to improve the design-to-code pipeline.

Ensure all components comply with WCAG AA accessibility standards and promote inclusive design.





Preferred candidate profile

7+ years of experience in digital product design and enterprise-grade design systems in B2B/B2B2C environments.

Strong expertise in component design, responsive layouts, interaction patterns, and visual design.

Proven ability to create polished, scalable, and production-ready UI components.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design tokens, variables, auto-layout, and library management.

Good understanding of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, and Material UI (MUI).

Solid communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear design guidelines.

Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and facilitating workshops.

Deep understanding of WCAG AA accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
