About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will support the company's Salesforce reporting, Power BI development, and revenue analytics capabilities. You will serve as a trusted analytical partner within Revenue Operations, working cross functionally across the business to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support better decisions.

This role is much more than fulfilling report requests. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, eager to understand how the business operates, and motivated to learn how data connects across systems, processes, and teams. The right person will ask thoughtful questions, identify trends and data issues, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and recommend better ways to measure performance.

This person will combine strong business judgment with hands on technical expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel. They will help build and maintain scalable reporting infrastructure, validate the accuracy of the underlying data, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute as a reliable,



cooperative member of the Revenue Operations team.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Revenue Operations by learning the business, understanding how data connects, and delivering insights that support strategic decision making.
Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and recurring business reporting in Power BI and Salesforce.
Design and maintain scalable Power BI data models, semantic models, measures, and reporting solutions, not just individual dashboards.
Translate business questions and reporting needs into clear, sustainable analytics solutions.
Partner cross functionally across the business to understand reporting needs, clarify requirements, and improve decision making.
Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other business systems so stakeholders can trust the numbers.
Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis
