Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end underwriting service delivery for a leading insurance provider, covering pre-issuance (rating, quoting, binders) and post-issuance processes (policy issuance, financial/non-financial endorsements, cancellations). Partner with the client Underwriting CFO to ensure operational alignment and excellence. Function as an overlay to domain specialists, providing operational rigor and process value for first-time outsourcing engagements. Deliver SLAs and KPIs across the underwriting portfolio spanning three U.S. geographies, with no onshore retained staff. Directly manage ~200 underwriting professionals handling pre- and post-issuance proces
