Job Purpose
This role exists to ensure a consistent delivery of transformation across the scope of processes at the C&P; BTC whilst also ensuring adherence to the global agenda and strategies. The person in this role will partner directly with the Head of C&P; BTC to design, drive and deliver large-scale business transformation initiatives that elevate the BTCs value contribution to the enterprise.
This role carries dual accountability:
Leading the end-to-end transformation agenda - shaping the vision, streamlining disparate processes, embedding automation, and institutionalizing a culture of continuous improvement; and Running a well-adapted Transformation Management Office (TMO) that supervises, reports and governs the portfolio with leadership-grade rigour.
