Zynix currently supports multiple healthcare organizations representing more than one million value-based care lives. We are growing our commercial team to expand nationally across provider organizations, risk-bearing entities, health plans and strategic healthcare partners.
The prospect
We are looking for a highly driven Director of Growth & Business Development to build qualified pipeline and close new enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably from outbound prospecting and conference networking to executive presentations, solution design,



contracting and implementation handoff.
You will work directly with Zynix’s founders, product leaders and clinical team to sell solutions that improve patient engagement, quality outcomes and operational performance.
This is not a role focused only on managing inbound leads. The successful candidate will actively identify target accounts, create relationships and develop opportunities from the ground up.
What you will do
Build and manage a qualified pipeline across ACOs, MSOs, IPAs, health plans, health systems, medical groups and other risk-bearing healthcare organizations.
Develop relationships with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, population-health leaders, quality leaders, clinical executives and operational decision-makers.
Lead the complete commercial process from account identification and outreach through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and closing.
