Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cost Engineers.
Create and manage Should-Cost and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
Analyze supplier cost structures and support fact-based negotiations.
Conduct product cost breakdown and competitive cost analysis.
Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes to identify cost drivers.
Support Make vs. Buy decisions and New Product Development (NPD) programs.
Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Product Development teams globally.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering Operations.
Strong understanding of product costing, cost modeling, and supplier cost analysis.




Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Should-Cost Modeling, TCO analysis, and strategic sourcing.
Solid financial and statistical analysis capabilities.
2+ years of people management experience preferred.
