About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Manager

In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of specialists and coordinators tasked with activities in support of the business' risk mitigation activities
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control opportunities
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of team to meet business objectives; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity and risk within scope of responsibilities
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for team
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience leading large-scale Compliance, Risk Management,



Audit, or Regulatory programs within a technology or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of Risk Assessable Units (RAUs), RCSA, control execution, corrective actions, audit management, and regulatory examination processes.
Experience partnering with senior leaders, Audit, Operational Risk, Compliance, and Technology organizations to address complex risk and compliance challenges.
Solid program management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Expertise in developing and implementing governance frameworks, operating procedures, risk metrics, and management reporting.
Proven success driving automation, process simplification, and control modernization initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management effectiveness.
Experience managing enterprise compliance domains such as
