Lead Engineer- Development to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Operations Team

What you’ll own
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise operations
team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of
Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role focuses on designing, developing,
and maintaining scalable solutions that enable end users to effectively leverage
the Salesforce ecosystem; including agentforce, data 360 and experience cloud to
name a few tools.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and
technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, ensuring
alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.
* Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform,
covering all aspects of the system lifecycle
* Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities
across the enterprise customer lifecycle
* Collaborate as an agile delivery team (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver regular
incremental value
* Manage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring transparent documentation and
traceability of requirements
* Contribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and
reliable deployments
* Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and
governance standards
* Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously
improve platform performance
What you bring
* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales
and/or service cloud core components.
* Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle
(design, build, test, deploy, support)
* Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:
* Agentforce
* Data Cloud / Data 360
* MuleSoft (for integrations)
