What would you do? The Creative Team Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of digital creative assets for Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) across eCommerce, CRM, Paid Media,



Social and Brand.com channels. This role combines creative conceptualisation, AI-assisted content creation, design execution, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable creative solutions. The ideal candidate is a robust visual thinker with expertise in layout design, typography, image composition, branding, and emerging AI-powered creative workflows. They should be capable of transforming creative briefs into compelling campaign assets while mentoring designers and driving creative excellence across the team.
