Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Execution & Support Develop marketing collaterals, visual aids, and promotional materials as per brand requirements. Prepare presentations and communication materials for field force and internal stakeholders. Assist in creative campaign design and ensure proper implementation to strengthen brand image. Support product management in day-to-day activities, including data collation and reporting. 2. Sales Force & Field Support Provide training to sales teams on promotional strategies, USPs, and brand campaigns. Travel to field locations to oversee implementation of marketing programs and promotional activities. Facilitate KOL doctor visits, symposia, and CME programs, ensuring smooth coordination. 3. Financial & Performance Monitoring Prepare quarterly Profit & Loss statements to track and control budgeted costs per brand plan. Monitor marketing performance against set targets internally and externally.
Ensure stock availability of promotional materials and samples at distribution centers. 4. Data & Analysis Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand strategy. Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to guide product planning and strategy decisions. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Support coordination of CRM activities and key customer development initiatives.
