Job Overview
The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer | 3D Visualizer with experience in Retail, Commercial, and Corporate Interior Projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in interior design, space planning, and high-quality 3D visualization. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into cutting-edge designs and realistic 3D presentations while coordinating with production and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare space planning, layout plans, and furniture layouts.
Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed furniture drawings.
Develop mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.




Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and present concepts.
Conduct site measurements and site visits when required.
Coordinate with Production, Estimation, Procurement, and Site Execution teams.
Ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills.
Good knowledge of retail fixtures, modular furniture, and commercial interiors.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
