Job Summary
The IT Support Executive will provide remote technical support to retail store users for POS (Point of Sale) applications and related IT systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, ensuring minimum downtime, and maintaining smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level remote support for POS software and hardware issues across retail stores.
Resolve user queries related to billing, promotions, loyalty, gift cards, payment modes, and store operations.
Log, track, and close support tickets within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
Assist in POS roll out, software updates, testing, and user acceptance.
Monitor daily POS health and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Maintain issue logs, documentation, and user manuals.
