Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to lead our Production Engineering team responsible for the 24x7 availability, reliability, and operational excellence of our Visibility platforms. This role combines technical leadership, people management, operational governance, and strategic execution to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
Lead and manage the SRE team responsible for production support across multiple business-critical platforms.
Establish and continuously improve a 24x7 support model, including on-call rotations and escalation management.
Drive operational excellence through incident management, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage team capacity planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Production Engineering
Own production reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.
Improve SLA/SLO compliance and reduce operational risks.
Ensure disaster recovery, resiliency, and failover readiness.
Drive production readiness reviews for all new releases.
Governance
Enforce Separation of Duties (SoD), release governance, and change management processes.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and operational policies.
