Role Description The Design Verification Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. In this role, the trainer delivers structured training sessions on digital design, verification methodologies, and related tools to students and corporate learners. Daily tasks include preparing and updating course materials, creating lab exercises and assessments, and providing clear explanations of complex concepts through lectures, demonstrations,



and hands-on labs. The trainer mentors learners, answers technical questions, evaluates performance, and provides constructive feedback to help them build practical skills. The role also involves collaborating with the curriculum team to enhance training content, staying up to date with industry trends and EDA tools, and supporting academic and corporate programs as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical skills in digital design, VLSI fundamentals, and design verification concepts (e.g., simulation, testbenches, assertion-based verification).
Candidates should possess practical experience with industry-standard HDLs and tools, such as Verilog/SystemVerilog, UVM, and common EDA toolchains for simulation and verification.
