? Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5-6 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using online bidding portals, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are essential.

? Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Linkedin and similar platforms.
✔️ Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
✔️ Cold Calling.
✔️ Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.




✔️ Interact with potential clients to understand project requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
✔️ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔️ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
✔️ Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
✔️ Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
✔️ Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

? Required Skills:
✔️ 5-6 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
✔️ Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
✔️ Solid negotiation and closing abilities.
✔️ Understanding of web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital solutions.
✔️ Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
