Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Scheme in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure the smooth operation of the CPE Scheme by managing technical and operational processes, supporting customers throughout the certification cycle.
Handle and respond to all enquiries related to the CPE Scheme in a timely and professional manner.4.Provide support in resolving member-related tickets and issues concerning CPE status.
Assist in preparing special reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in any discipline
Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience handling email communications, coordinating certification-related processes, and providing operational support. Experience in an education institution or certification body is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Basic understanding of certification body operations and certification processes.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
