Technical Support Head/Manager

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead technical support for SCADA/PPC systems across Solar & Hybrid plants

✔️ Troubleshoot servers, networking, protocols & OT devices

✔️ Manage Linux/Windows servers, IoT gateways & PLC/Data loggers

✔️ Collaborate with client HQ, site teams & iPLON experts

✔️ Mentor engineers and drive support excellence

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️5–8 years’ experience in SCADA/PPC operations or technical support

✔️Knowledge of IoT platforms (Node-RED, MQTT, REST APIs, Cloud)

✔️Hands-on with PLC platforms (Codesys, WAGO, Phoenix, etc.)

✔️Familiarity with industrial automation protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, IEC 60870, IEC 61850)

✔️Diagnostic tools: Modpoll, Modscan, Modslave, Wireshark, Nmap





✔️Strong expertise in Networking (IP devices, RS485, FO cables, firewalls, VPNs)

✔️Proficiency in Linux & Windows server administration

✔️Excellent troubleshooting, client-handling & leadership skills
