What will you do?
This role will focus on quality assurance for high-volume, customer-facing digital marketing communications, with particular emphasis on Email, Rich Content Messaging, and deep-linking experiences. The Senior QA Analyst will conduct detailed content, language, functional, and rendering validation to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, on-brand, and deliver a seamless experience across devices and digital touchpoints.

As a senior member of the QA team, this individual will also support and mentor other team members, contribute to QA process improvements, and help consolidate feedback and communications with internal stakeholders and client teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to clearly articulate requirements, identify risks, and provide actionable feedback.

Digital Content Quality Assurance
Perform end-to-end quality assurance reviews for digital outbound marketing communications, including: Email campaigns, Rich Content Messaging – RCS/ RBM, push, SMS/MMS, or other mobile messaging formats, where applicable




Deep links to mobile applications, web pages, account experiences, product offers, and support journeys
Conduct full rendering checks across relevant email clients, browsers, devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
Validate responsive design, layout, formatting, imagery, buttons, calls to action, personalization, and agile content.
Review content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, language consistency, tone of voice, and adherence to approved copy.
Ensure digital communications align with brand standards, campaign briefs, customer segmentation requirements, and approved legal or regulatory content.

Functional Validation
Test all links, tracking parameters, CTA, and deep links to ensure they route customers to the intended destination.
Validate campaign logic, offer details, personalization fields, audience targeting, eligibility messaging, and conditional content where applicable.
