We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our core financial compliance and corporate accounting functions. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end GST management, direct tax compliance, robust financial reporting, and daily accounting operations. This position acts as a vital bridge between operational teams and senior leadership to ensure flawless regulatory alignment. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

1. GST Compliance & Indirect Taxation

Return Filing: Prepare, reconcile, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C). [1, 2, 3, 4]
Input Tax Credit (ITC) Management: Perform continuous reconciliations of purchase registers with GSTR-2B to maximize compliant credit leakage prevention.
Audit & Liaison: Draft detailed submissions, compile assessment documentation, and assist senior management during external or departmental GST audits.

2. Direct Taxation & Compliance

TDS & TCS Processing: Supervise timely calculation, deduction, and monthly remittance of TDS/TCS,



alongside quarterly filing of Forms 26Q and 27Q.
Advance Tax Computation: Compute quarterly corporate advance tax liabilities accurately based on running projections.
Tax Audit Preparation: Maintain exhaustive ledger documentation and tax schedules to facilitate smooth annual statutory and tax audits. [1]

3. Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting

Bookkeeping Supervision: Oversee daily transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting schedules.
Period-End Closing: Manage accurate month-end and year-end ledger closing activities, including provisions and accruals.
Financial Statements: Draft balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements in line with prevailing accounting standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Profile: CA Intermediate / IPCC cleared (Both groups completed preferred).
Technical Software Skills: Proficiency
