Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Surveyor to support Industrial Real Estate, Warehousing, and Logistics projects. The role involves conducting market surveys, maintaining property databases, preparing market reports, coordinating site visits, and assisting in leasing, sales, and land acquisition activities across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market surveys for industrial land, warehouses, and logistics parks.
Maintain and update property inventory and market databases.
Track industrial transactions, pricing trends, and upcoming developments.
Build relationships with developers, landowners, brokers, occupiers, and investors.
Arrange and conduct client site visits.




Prepare property profiles, option sheets, and market reports.
Support leasing, sales, and land acquisition transactions.
Travel across Gujarat for market surveys and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years of experience in Industrial Real Estate, Warehousing, Logistics, Property Survey, Land Acquisition, or Business Development.
Exposure to the Gujarat industrial market will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Good analytical and market research abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across Gujarat.
