Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end sales closures for residential and commercial real estate projects
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property consultations
Follow up with qualified leads generated through presales, sourcing, and digital campaigns
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms with clients
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for booking documentation and agreement process




Ensure timely conversion of site visits into bookings and closures
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth transaction experience
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives
Prepare sales reports, closure MIS, and pipeline tracking updates
Support project launches, broker meets, and promotional activities
Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions
Maintain updated knowledge of inventory, pricing, offers, and market competition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales and closures
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential or retail real estate
Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and closing process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle HNI and investor clients professionally
Valuable knowledge of Mumbai real estate market and mi
