Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage channel partner (CP) network for lead generation and sales closures
Build solid relationships with brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants across target markets
Generate qualified walk-ins, site visits, and bookings through sourcing activities
Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and networking events
Coordinate with sales and presales teams for lead follow-up and conversion




Ensure achievement of monthly sourcing targets and revenue goals
Maintain database of channel partners, brokers, and client interactions
Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and inventory movement
Handle negotiations, brokerage discussions, and closure coordination
Support project launches, pre-launch campaigns, and promotional activities
Prepare sourcing reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
2–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales
Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the local market
Proven track record in generating leads and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of Mumbai real estate market and micro locations
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
