We are looking for a proactive, confident and result-oriented Business Growth & Content Executive who can manage content creation, sales execution, customer follow-ups, business development, local partnerships and event activities for a premium wellness centre.
The selected candidate will be recruited, trained and strategically supervised by Rudra Digital Media & Communication while coordinating with the wellness centre’s authorised management representative for daily operational requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
• Capture mobile-based content, behind-the-scenes activities and event coverage
• Assist with Instagram Reels, Stories and expert-led content
• Record customer testimonials and feedback with consent
• Follow approved scripts, content briefs and brand guidelines
• Organise and share footage with the editing team
• Identify regular content opportunities at the centre
Sales and Lead Management
• Promote approved wellness services,



memberships, packages and gift vouchers
• Follow up with current enquiries, previous customers and inactive leads
• Support walk-in, social media, Google and event lead conversions
• Encourage repeat visits, referrals and membership renewals
• Maintain lead trackers and follow-up records
• Coordinate appointments and customer communication
• Submit regular sales, lead and conversion reports
Business Development
• Identify and approach corporate offices, residential societies and local businesses
• Connect with gyms, cafés, clinics and suitable wellness partners
• Support corporate wellness proposals and employee wellness packages
• Develop local collaborations, cross-promotions and referral opportunities
• Coordinate introductory meetings and partnership follow-ups
• Support corporate, group and community bookings
