Role Description The Rental Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Sadar, responsible for managing rental inquiries and supporting clients in securing suitable properties. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining rental options, terms, and pricing,
and guiding clients through property viewings and documentation requirements. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available rental inventory, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of rental deals. The Rental Sales Agent will handle customer queries professionally, address concerns, and aim to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team sales targets. The position also includes maintaining accurate records of leads, agreements, and customer interactions, and contributing feedback to improve rental processes and client experience.
