Job Description





Candidate must have work experience of Medium Voltage/High Voltage switchgear R&D; and Mechanical designs & drawings and demonstrated his/her capabilities for the development of MV Switchgear in past.
Candidate should have experience to carry out the type tests in CPRI/ERDA/International labs.
Candidate should have experience of Sheet Metal/ Fabrication parts & manufacturing drawings
Candidate must have hands-on experience in 3D solid modeling in Solid works / Autodesk Inventor / Solid edge / UG.NX / Creo or any other 3D software.

(Solid works / Solid edge will be added advantage)

Should have hands-on experience of AutoCAD 2D drawings, layout of medium voltage GIS in 2D
Should have knowledge of design optimization and VAVE.
Candidate shall be able to understand the customer requirements from specifications and relative standards.

Should have knowledge of various types of International Standards like IEC & IEEE related to MV GIS/AIS, Instrument transformers etc.
