What We're Looking For
Define and drive the overall design vision for the company
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team — currently 6 people across product design, graphic design, and motion design
Partner closely with Founders, Product, and Engineering to create world-class user experiences
Establish scalable design systems and cultivate a robust design culture across the organization
Requirements
10+ years of design experience, with a track record leading design at a high-growth startup, fintech, or consumer technology company
