Point S launches leadership campus to tackle family business succession.
Point S International's inaugural Next Generation Campus has delivered a strategic response to the automotive industry's critical leadership and succession planning crisis, which sees only 30% of family businesses survive into the second generation.

The automotive sector faces particular vulnerability, with the global industry predicted to face a shortage of 2.3 million skilled workers by the end of 2025, rising to 4.3 million by 2030, according to a report by Ennis & Co.
