Quick Summary of the Role




We're looking for a YouTube Manager for our Josh Talks Hindi Team to drive the growth of our Josh Talks- Hindi Channel. You will work with people across content, marketing, and production teams to skyrocket the growth of Channels.

Key Responsibilities
As a Youtube Manager you will:
Manage the YouTube channel's day-to-day operations, including uploading, optimizing metadata, and scheduling videos.
Conduct regular analytics reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies.
Stay up-to-date with YouTube policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
Implement audience engagement strategies to foster a sense of community, encourage interaction, and respond to viewer feedback.
Make data-driven decisions for growth in views and subscribers of Josh Talks Hindi YouTube channel.
Develop and maintain the channel's brand identity and voice, ensuring consistency across all videos.
