The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will lead the organization's technical vision and capability development across Corporate Training, Project Development, Curriculum Innovation, and Technical Excellence. The CTO will be responsible for building next-generation VLSI & Embedded System Design learning solutions, mentoring senior engineers and technical team, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business growth through advanced semiconductor training programs.
The CTO will work closely with the CEO and Business Leadership to establish Maven Silicon as the preferred learning partner for semiconductor companies by continuously introducing industry-relevant technologies, projects, and certification programs.
Job - Description:
20 to 30+ years of experience in VLSI - EDA/Product/Services Company.
Protocol knowledge: DDR/LPDDR 4/5, USB 3/Later, PCIe 4/5/6, Ethernet, AMBA and other SoC interface protocols
IP/VIP development - Valuable knowledge and experience in the complete product development cycle
IP/Sub-system/SoC verification - Good knowledge and experience in the complete flow
Experience in using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM extensively.
ASIC/FPGA implementation of any system/SoC is an added advantage.
Good verbal & written communication skills
Should be a good technical mentor/project guide and team player
Sound technical knowledge and VLSI skills are mandatory
Job - Responsibilities:
Project Development: Developing IP/SoC verification projects as case studies using Synopsys IPs/VIPs for the corporate training courses
Mentorship: Train, coach, and guide the lead and principal engineers on the projects and make them competent to deliver the advanced VLSI corporate training courses
Corporate Training: Training experienced engineers[Workforce] for the corporates using our corporate training courses on the protocols - USB/LPDDR/PCIe/Ethernet/AMBA/SoC Interfaces
