Mexens (formerly Technique Solaire) is an international independent solar power producer active in France, Spain, India, and the Netherlands. Mexens has been operating in India through its subsidiary, Technique Solaire India, since 2015. The company currently owns and operates approximately 350 MW solar assets (operational + under acquisition) with a target to reach 1.2 GW by 2030.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of solar PV and BESS projects across India. The position is based out of Delhi NCR, with frequent visits to construction sites, and reports directly to the Country Director India. You will collaborate closely with both the Indian and French project teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement…).
This role is critical for ensuring the technical, financial, and administrative success of our projects—from tendering and contract negotiation through construction,



commissioning, and final handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Management
Prepare EPC tender packages, lead commercial and contractual negotiations.
Secure Construction insurance
Well-versed with the entire solar project lifecycle; Able to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
Evaluate the project profitability with the help of existing project Financial Model and review different test cases
Oversee progress of works, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, quality, contractual and regulatory obligations.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Technical & Administrative Coordination
Review and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
