Position: Corporate Legal & Litigation Counsel

Experience: 7–8 years (Post Qualification Experience)

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a broad spectrum of legal matters, including:
Corporate legal advisory and commercial contracting
Civil and commercial litigation across various forums
Recovery proceedings, arbitration, and dispute resolution
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents
Advising business teams on legal and regulatory matters
Coordinating with external counsel and managing ongoing litigation
Supporting legal strategy for business transactions and operations
Preferred Candidate Profile

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has 7–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate legal and litigation.
Has strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.




Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Can independently handle complex legal matters while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience with NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs, or the BFSI sector will be a significant advantage.
Exposure to lending, recovery, regulatory compliance, and commercial dispute management will be preferred.
