This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About The Role

Ctruh is seeking a Business Head to lead end-to-end P&L; ownership and drive the commercial growth of the company. Working directly with the founder, you will build and scale our revenue engine, establish operational excellence, and shape the long-term business strategy.

This role demands a builder mindset, someone ready to create systems from scratch and steer Ctruh’s growth trajectory.

What You’ll Own

Own the business unit’s P&L;, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation,



and strategic planning.
Build and execute growth strategies while driving sustainable unit economics and business performance.
Hire, lead, and scale the sales organization, including team structure, performance management, compensation, and capability building.
Own the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation and pipeline management to enterprise deal closures and strategic account growth.
Develop sales playbooks, CRM processes, forecasting systems, and channel partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
Build and oversee customer success and account management functions focused on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Define pricing, packaging, commercial models, and operational processes to support scalable business growth.
Establish reporting frameworks, business dashboards, and operational metrics to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
