Our Work Rhythm

This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function end-to-end — from day-to-day accounting and compliance to financial strategy and investor relations. You'll be a trusted partner to leadership, translating numbers into insights that shape business decisions.

What You’ll Own

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Assess investment opportunities and evaluate financial risks and returns.




Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial efficiency across the business.
Oversee all accounting operations, including monthly and annual financial closures.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit standards.
Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
Maintain transparent, audit-ready accounting records and reporting standards.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and effective utilization of funds.
Oversee vendor payments, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Present financial insights, business performance metrics, and recommendations to the leadership team.
