About the Role
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Lead (Individual Contributor) to support the growth of our AI-Native MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) solution, focused on spare parts optimization, asset criticality analysis, demand forecasting, and demand planning.
This role is ideal for a senior pre-sales qualified who has hands-on experience engaging with global customers (especially US and other international regions), understands manufacturing-intensive industries, and can confidently articulate the business value of AI-driven MRO transformation.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Engineering teams to drive complex deal pursuits and position our solution as a strategic platform for reliability, cost optimization, and supply assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the pre-sales subject matter expert for AI-driven MRO, spare parts management, and planning use cases.
Partner with Sales and Executive leadership to understand customer challenges, value drivers, and operational pain points.
Lead customer discovery workshops, solution mapping,



and value articulation for global enterprise customers.
Design and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs tailored to Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and CPG customers.
Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle, including:
RFPs / RFIs
Solution proposals
Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Translate AI concepts (forecasting, optimization, criticality models) into clear business outcomes such as inventory reduction, improved service levels, and reduced downtime.
Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering to ensure feasibility, differentiation, and customer alignment.
Bring industry best practices and competitive insights into sales pursuits.
Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, and IT leaders.
Support pipeline reviews and continuously improve pre-sales effectiveness.
